UiPath, a global enterprise automation and artificial intelligence (AI) software company, has announced a new partnership with Taiwan-based information technology (IT) firm President Information Corporation (PIC), to empower enterprises with agentic testing.

In addition, PIC is supporting customers by accelerating application testing and transforming operations with the UiPath Test Cloud, which is instrumental to their cloud migration strategy and long-term growth across Taiwan and around the world, UiPath said in a statement on Wednesday.

The partnership with PIC will primarily be focused on the UiPath Test Cloud offering, a revolutionary new approach to software testing that uses advanced AI to amplify tester productivity across the entire testing lifecycle for exceptional efficiency and cost savings.

By augmenting testers with AI agents, businesses can enable faster time to market, improve production stability, and deliver higher-quality software to customers.

Targeting cross-industry applications, the collaboration aims to extend its reach to a broader customer base, helping to accelerate AI transformation in Taiwan locally.

This is particularly critical as businesses navigate an increasingly complex global landscape marked by uncertainty and economic volatility.

Against this backdrop, accelerating cloud transformation has become a strategic imperative for organizations seeking to boost agility, enhance resilience, and remain competitive.

However, many organizations still struggle with complex system integrations, prolonged testing cycles, rising operational costs, and delayed time to market in their cloud transformation journey.

As companies seek to modernize faster and operate more efficiently, the demand for intelligent testing solutions is growing, with 25 percent of IT budgets dedicated to quality assurance and testing.

Cited a study by IDC commissioned by UiPath, the statement highlighted that organizations using Test Cloud have improved test efficiency by 36 percent, doubled the throughput in the delivery of new features, reduced outages by 50 percent, and shortened troubleshooting time by 93 percent.

These results highlight the tremendous value of AI-powered test automation in accelerating digital transformation and improving software reliability.

As part of this partnership, PIC empowers its customers to fully automate their application testing processes with UiPath Test Cloud — streamlining test case design, data preparation, and execution.

This simplifies system integration and accelerates cloud migration, as well as boosts operational efficiency and shortens development cycles.

This results in a stronger competitive edge and a more resilient foundation for long-term growth, both in Taiwan and globally.

Additionally, PIC can now perform continuous health monitoring of critical services, even in live production environments, enabling broader participation in testing processes and allowing developers to focus on delivering innovation.

“Our collaboration with UiPath has paved the way for a more efficient and scalable test automation process, enabling us to accelerate customers’ cloud migration and support their ambitious growth plans across the local market, as well as Asia,

“In doing so, we’re able to deliver faster, more reliable applications while optimizing resources and reducing costs—ensuring we’re well-positioned for the next decade of growth,” said PIC.

Meanwhile, Richard Chen, Regional Vice President, Sales, Greater China, UiPath, said that agentic automation is a game-changer for organizations like PIC, enabling them to optimize critical processes such as test automation while driving efficiency and accelerating growth.

“By automating key workflows, businesses can scale faster, reduce costs, and focus more resources on innovation,

“As we herald the dawn of agentic AI, agentic automation will be critical to driving digital transformation for businesses, enhancing the security and efficiency of automated process governance, achieving sustainable growth, and maintaining a competitive edge,” he added.
