Singtel Digital InfraCo’s artificial intelligence (AI) cloud offering, RE:AI, and Scale AI, who is laying the foundation for AI innovation, have on Thursday announced a strategic partnership to help enterprises accelerate the adoption of generative AI technologies.

Through this collaboration, RE:AI and Scale AI will bring state-of-the-art generative AI models and infrastructure to the Asia-Pacific market, enabling enterprises to create, manage, and deploy AI-generated content and solutions at scale, Singtel said in a statement.

According to the statement, the partnership combines RE:AI’s powerful AI infrastructure with Scale AI’s expertise in frontier GenAI research, data management, and GenAI application building to deliver advanced generative AI solutions designed for enterprises in industries such as telecommunications, finance, healthcare, advanced manufacturing and logistics.

According to him, Scale AI’s powerful data annotation capabilities will enhance the accuracy of generative AI solutions launched in partnership with Singtel.

“When tailor-made generative AI solutions are combined with Singtel’s RE:AI cloud capabilities and Scale AI’s data infrastructure, democratized AI can fuel businesses across the region with robust and reliable generative AI solutions,

Jason Droege, Chief Strategy Officer at Scale AI, said their partnership with Singtel RE:AI is about advancing the generative AI capabilities that enterprises need to thrive in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

“Combining our expertise in AI data infrastructure with Singtel RE:AI’s cloud capabilities, we are well-positioned to provide businesses with the tools they need to deploy generative AI solutions that deliver real value,” he added.

It is noted that RE:AI and Scale AI’s customized enterprise solutions will integrate languages and dialects offering realistic AI-generated content across text, image, and audio, enabling efficient content generation, chatbot development, and workflow automation.

Additionally, Scale AI’s platform will be available as a private, Platform-as-a-Service offering on RE:AI, providing customers with greater control over proprietary information.

Launched on October 10, 2024, RE:AI is democratizing AI for enterprises to deploy, manage and scale their AI applications without having to worry about the overheads of complex infrastructure, thereby allowing them to innovate and take their productivity to the next level.
