China’s semiconductor growth slows amid US sanctions
China’s semiconductor output grew at a slower pace in October.
Integrated circuits (IC) production rose 11.8% year-on-year to 35.9 billion units, according to the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS).
This was a decrease from 36.7 billion units in September.
Concerns over weak demand and potential increased US sanctions contributed to this decline.
