INFINITY8, a Malaysia-based homegrown workspace and corporate solutions provider, has announced the official launch of its latest and most ambitious branch: INFINITY8 Reserve TRX, located in Exchange 106 at Tun Razak Exchange (TRX).

With the global coworking market valued at $22.01 billion as of 2024, and projected to reach $82.12 billion in the next decade, the latest launch by INFINITY8 serves as a powerful signal that the future of work is already taking shape in Malaysia, the firm said in a statement on Wednesday.

This milestone also commemorates INFINITY8’s eighth year of operations, marking its journey from a single-unit startup in Johor Bahru to one of the country’s largest providers of flexible workspaces.

Located on Level 23 and spanning 30,000 square feet, the new space reflects INFINITY8’s vision to create workplaces that are as welcoming and service-oriented as the best hospitality experiences.

“From day one, INFINITY8 has always aimed to see beyond providing ‘just another workspace’ to see the bigger picture; instead, we’re focused on providing a work way statement with a space that creates communities that inspire people to do their best work,

“INFINITY8 Reserve TRX is a true reflection of how far we’ve come from our early days running a single unit in Johor Bahru to establishing new centers in the financial heart of the country,” said Lee Sheah Liang, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of INFINITY8.

According to the statement, the space is already at near 100 percent occupancy, including multinational corporation (MNC) tenants of nearly 200 pax, within three months of opening.

“Reserve TRX brings together everything we believe in. We worked with Arkateori to create textured art that holds emotion, curated photography that captures the pace of the city, and shaped a living Paludarium with Halim Manap that brings stillness into the space,” Lee added.

As of today, INFINITY8 has served over 2,000 companies, including bookings for virtual offices, events, and meeting rooms, and, in the past 12 months alone, added over 107,000 sq feet of new space, a reflection of its steady and strategic expansion.

With locations across Johor, Penang, Kuala Lumpur, the firm is set to continue its momentum with the upcoming launch of INFINITY8 Reserve Sunway Square in the fourth quarter of 2025.

This new 24,000 square foot location in Sunway City will be designed around themes of sustainable growth and long-term business enablement.

As the company continues to expand, its focus remains unchanged: to create workspaces that deliver hospitality-level care, design excellence, and seamless operational support to help people and businesses thrive, said the statement.
