Penguin Securities, a Singapore-based financial institution, has been granted a Capital Markets Services (CMS) license by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).

With its CMS license, Penguin Securities is authorized to offer a fully integrated investment solutions and diverse capital markets products to accredited and institutional clients, including securities, structured products, derivatives, and access to digital assets through tokenized investment products, Penguin Securities said in a statement.
