Enstack, the Philippines-based artificial intelligence (AI) powered, no-code eCommerce and growth platform for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), has announced a strategic partnership with Dyna.Ai, a Singapore-based AI solutions provider, to build and deploy localized AI-powered solutions across the country and the Southeast Asia region.

Enstack said in a statement on last Friday that Southeast Asia’s digital economy continues to experience rapid growth, with projections from Kearney indicating that AI-driven personalization alone could lead to a 25 percent increase in online sales conversion rates by 2030.

This underscores the immense opportunity for businesses to leverage AI in just one area for growth, and this partnership is designed to harness every opportunity, it noted.

It highlighted that Enstack with iits prior collaboration with Canva to provide design solutions, is now taking its support to the next level with this AI-powered initiative.

The initial phase of this partnership with Dyna.Ai will focus on developing powerful external-facing AI-powered solutions to streamline critical business processes and operations for Enstack’s rapidly expanding base of merchants.

These solutions will include smart onboarding (simplifying and automating the entire onboarding process for new merchants); intelligent ops (empowering merchants to streamline and optimize operations with agentic-AI powered personalized recommendations, inventory management, and smart customer interactions; SkyAI (purpose-built AI agent providing platform merchants with 24/7 support).

This strategic collaboration between Enstack and Dyna.Ai underscores a shared vision to unlock economic potential for millions of businesses, ensuring they have access to the same technology solutions that have traditionally been reserved for larger enterprises.

By focusing on hyperlocal AI adaptation, the partnership aims to empower entrepreneurs with AI tools, enabling them to scale faster and more efficiently in an increasingly competitive market.

Beyond empowering businesses with more intelligent digital tools, the partnership will also focus on integrating AI-powered automation within Enstack’s own operations to drive efficiency and scalability.

“Dyna.Ai’s deep expertise in AI and their understanding of the Philippine and Southeast Asian market make them an invaluable partner,” said Macy Castillo, Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Enstack.

“We are incredibly excited about the potential to drive significant impact for our merchants by providing them with hyper-localized AI solutions that simplify their operations and unlock new growth opportunities,

“This partnership represents a major leap forward in our mission to empower businesses across the region,” she added.

According to the statement, this latest partnership with Dyna.Ai builds on that legacy by integrating conversational AI solutions, among others, to further enhance business efficiency and growth potential for businesses big and small.

“We are thrilled to contribute to Enstack’s impactful journey as it takes the next step to drive AI-powered business transformation for SMEs across Southeast Asia,

“By leveraging Dyna.Ai’s advanced AI capabilities with Enstack’s unparalleled reach in the SME sector, we are unlocking new opportunities opportunities for hyper-localized innovation that will shape the future of digital commerce in the region,” said Cynthia Siantar, General Manager at Dyna.Ai.
