We’re thrilled to announce that two of our drivers and two customer service team members have won the Outstanding and Commendation Awards at this year’s National Kindness Award- Transport Gold.
The award honours service staff in the transport industry who have shown exemplary service and gracious behaviour, inspiring others to create a more pleasant and kind society.
Our customer service team members were recognised for their patience, helpfulness and going the extra mile with advice and tips. Our drivers were acknowledged for their incredible acts of kindness – one chose not to charge a ride for a young visually impaired man, while another made multiple trips to return a rider’s lost purse.
These small but meaningful gestures have made a lasting positive impact!
At TADA, we’re all about serving with care and kindness, making every journey a little brighter. We’re so proud of our team for making a real difference, one ride at a time!
