Titan Lab by Tokenize Xchange (Tokenize), the blockchain development arm of the Singapore-based digital asset platform, has acquired Coinseeker, a Singapore-based startup specializing in artificial intelligence (AI)-driven blockchain venture intelligence and incubation services, in a deal valuing the company at $30 million.

This acquisition enhances Titan Lab’s capabilities in delivering innovative solutions to blockchain founders and institutional users, the duo said in a statement on Tuesday.

Titan Lab, the developer of Titan Chain—Tokenize’s blockchain backbone — will incorporate Coinseeker’s AI-powered analytics, project ratings, and actionable insights into its operations.

These features will equip Titan Chain project founders with proprietary tools and operational support to identify market opportunities and create competitive, innovative solutions.

Titan Lab’s $100 million developer grant and incubator program further strengthen its commitment to successfully empowering project founders to bring projects to market.

Founded in May 2023 by Patrick Soh and Jon Ren, Coinseeker raised $1 million in a seed round supported by TRIVE Digital, Presto Labs, and Aquanow Digital.

The company has partnered with industry leaders spanning blockchain foundations, protocols, and government organizations, including the DFINITY Foundation, Pixelmon, and TABEI, leveraging AI-driven technology to aggregate, validate, and index blockchain-related private market deal intelligence.

Its robust analytics and innovative data aggregation have provided institutions with the tools to navigate the complexities of blockchain’s primary markets.

This acquisition enhances Titan Lab’s ability to deliver accurate, actionable insights for intelligent, data-driven investment decisions.

According to the statement, the blockchain industry is witnessing a surge in AI-focused mergers and acquisitions, as illustrated by recent deals like Chainalysis acquiring AI startup Alterya.

This trend is driven by strategic expansion, access to specialized talent, and more transparent regulatory frameworks.

The Coinseeker acquisition positions Titan Lab and its Titan Chain ecosystem to capitalize on these opportunities and further establish its market leadership.

“This partnership represents a major milestone for Coinseeker and our users, enabling us to expand our value proposition and deliver impactful solutions on a larger scale,” said Jon Ren, Co-Founder of Coinseeker.

Hong Qi Yu, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Tokenize Xchange, said that acquiring Coinseeker is a significant step for the Titan Chain ecosystem.

“Integrating their expertise and tools brings us closer to creating a blockchain environment that empowers project founders and institutional users,

“This is just the beginning of what we can achieve together,” he added.

Titan Lab is involved in Web3 innovation, committed to shaping the future of decentralized technologies.

As a sister company of Tokenize Xchange, a platform in the digital exchange sphere, Titan Lab leverages research and development to create solutions that empower individuals and organizations in the ever-evolving digital landscape.

Leveraging advanced AI-driven technology, Coinseeker aggregates, validates, and indexes private market deal intelligence within the blockchain ecosystem, delivering unparalleled transparency and actionable insights for investors, entrepreneurs, and government organizations.
