• Anger isn’t a bad emotion; it’s a natural and valid response to what’s happening around us.

It’s our body’s way of signaling that something needs our attention.

Recognize and accept that you are feeling angry. Suppressing emotions makes them more intense.

When you feel anger rising, take a few deep breaths. Delay responding. Count to 10, or go for a walk to give yourself time to calm down.

Understand what’s really behind it—frustration, betrayal, feeling disrespected, or some other reasons.

    Common reasons:

Frustration: Focus on what you can control. We can't control the world, other people, or the circumstances we find ourselves in. Instead, concentrate on your responses and mindset.

Betrayal: Allow yourself to feel, but also seek closure and ways to process your emotions. Talk to someone, journal, exercise, or express your anger through drawing or painting.

Disrespect: Remind yourself of your worth with positive daily affirmations. If possible, communicate your feelings to the person involved.

    What triggers us controls us.

Take your power back. Master anger:

1 - Accept that your anger is valid.

    2- Learn your triggers.

3 - Choose ways to respond.

"The greatest remedy for anger is delay."- Seneca

🫶Delay is our friend in managing anger.

Delay your responses when anger arises as much as possible.

It may not work every single time, but with practice, it will

Keep shining and keep smiling ✨️✨️
    Have a super powerful day

  • Anger management is a bumpy journey for many of us.

It begins with accepting feelings and emotions and taking the time to process and make sense of what triggers us and how we'd like to respond to it.

Practice makes any skill better. Self-compassion is our helpful companion here

  • Some Thoughts After Watching Inside Out 2
    1. “maybe that’s what happens when you grow up, you feel less joy” - Joy. Ugh, right in the feels. Sometimes it feels like happiness just hides a little deeper when you’re older, you know?
    2. Anger is NOT just about rage! I never thought of him as the “you got this” emotion before, but it’s perfect. He’s that fire that pushes you to fight for what you want, to be your best self. We all need a little Anger sometimes.
    3. Anxiety... that’s the voice that keeps me up at night. Fear might warn us about the dangers, but Anxiety? It whispers all those “what ifs” that make your brain go into overdrive. (Even though you know it’s just trying to protect you, in its own weird way.)
    4. Envy is NOT an enemy, but a mirror. This movie did a great job showing Envy as a neutral force. We all have those moments of insecurity, of comparing ourselves. But instead of letting Envy drag us down, we can use it to appreciate ourselves more. See our own unique strengths and what makes us special.
    5. And Sadness...oh, Sadness. Sometimes you just gotta cry it out. Sadness is a part of life, and it’s okay to feel it.
In the end, Inside Out 2 reminded me that we’re all a beautiful mess of emotions. We wouldn’t be who we are without the whole crew – Joy, Sadness, Anger, Disgust, Fear, Anxiety, even Embarrassment and Ennui!
“we are all a mix of emotions, and that’s what makes us unique and beautiful”
It’s our mix of feelings that makes us human, that makes us US.

  • It's so obvious that Kuya has been favoring Jas from the very start. Whenever she gets bashed, they only show her good highlights to the public. Earlier, almost the whole episode focused on Jas, and they didn't even highlight the video where Jas involved Fyang's family and education, which caused Fyang to be extremely angry and cry. But Kuya knows that Fyang is popular with the public, so he gives JM the bad highlights, making him take the blame for everything happening. Maybe Jas' family talked to Kuya about it-of course, they're rich. But what about JM? The favoritism was intense earlier; we didn't even get to see more of Fyang's emotions, it was all about Jas myghad. And lastly, they removed the 'Vote to Evict' option because they knew Jas would surely get evicted, right? Knowing they are wealthy, she'll be saved through 'Vote to Save' alone. I'm really disappointed.
